If I could give zero stars I would. I had a bikini wax done and a large area of my skin was ripped off. I could see my white flesh below the skin. I l...ooked so bad I was worried I would have to get stitches. I didn’t notice while the service being done as waxing is inherently painful and I have a high pain tolerance. I noticed that one rip in particular more painful than the others but assumed it to be a stubborn patch of hair or sensitive area of skin. I noticed the waxer kept dabbing with cotton but didn’t think much of it. When I got home and removed my clothing, a considerable amount of blood started to flow. The area bled heavily. I could not believe such a large area of skin was ripped off down to the flesh and the woman did not let me know. It was very painful to clean and dress. AND she knew this and proceeded to charge me full price. I will never go back to this place. I’m letting everyone I can know about this. Show more

I had an appointment for 10:00 but the salon wasn’t open and no staff was there so at 10:05 I left. As I got into my car, I saw all the employees bein...g dropped off. They should have been at the salon before 10:00 to be open and ready for their clients. I left and went somewhere else where the staff respect that everyone’s time is valuable. Show more

Our staff carpools from Scarborough and the traffic was heavier than usual this morning which is why we were 5 minutes late, otherwise we would have been there on time.
