After moving to Lisburn i tried Metro as it was close to home, i had an appointment with Rebecca for a full head of foils, root tint, cut and blow dry.... My hair was quite a mess before i went in but Rebecca was great, we talked through what i wanted and what she thought would be best and i left the salon feeling like a new woman, couldnt fault it! Booked a £14 blow dry and because I asked for curly it was £24? Genuinely shocked. Also the quality of the blow dry wasnt great, i actually had to com...e home and curl two parts that hadnt been curled! Overall I would not recommend, even on a budget. No oils and no heat spray so its worth paying more elsewhere to feel like you had got your moneys worth. Show more

Hi Zoe , sorry to hear you weren’t happy with your service. You were originally booked in for a straight blow dry, but you had said to the stylist you wanted a curly blow dry which the stylist give you and as states on our website a curly blow dry is £24, oils are not normally used with a curly blow dry as it can flatten the hair and can drop very easily
