Vitamin B12 Injection

After struggling with my moods, lack of lustre for life, feeling exhausted daily, brain fog and gaining half a stone last September that I have strugg...led to shift. Never have I had a problem loosing half a stone in a 6 week period . The Peri menopause hit me hard 😩 It was suggested to me to try the vitamin B12 injections. I can not recommend these enough after my second one I felt brighter, full of energy, my memory has improved and lifted the brain fog.
