Haircut for my son was great but was charged £20 when the appointment thought the appointment was said £15, my partner paid it as wasn’t aware or the ...app price so it wasn’t until he was home I checked. £20 for a 2 year old haircut which probably took 10/15 minutes seems excessive Show more

Hello Jennifer ,so sorry you feel over charged for your sons hair cut . I can only think you must have come in on a Saturday which is the only day we don’t do reduced prices for senior citizens and under 12’s.If you come in during the week it is £15 . It has been our policy to do this since 1985. Each slot is for 30 mins so we can achieve our very best service possible .I can only suggest you come in during week days .My staff are extremely experienced and highly trained and our prices reflect this. I’m extremely upset you felt we deserved 3 stars as a review , especially as you said the cut was good. Unfortunately all shops are raising their prices in April because of rising costs .
