Shop was busy, however Abby is completely professional and very helpful - constantly checking and listening with me about my preferred 'look. She mana...ged to make me feel totally relaxed and very definitely the centre of attention in my own 'world' - nothing was too much trouble and I left with a wishlist of products including hints in theri use and with a welcome absence of pressure to purchase - however that in itself would encourage me to buy and look to Abby as a new and helpful 'friend', I have already recommended the very positive experience to family and friends.
