I was suffering with low back pain and frequent spasms in the muscles leaving me almost stuck in bed. I had a session here, the treatment was tender b...ut I was informed about what what going on and why. My mind was put to rest and I was given advice on how to manage it best to keep the great results! I was told I might be sore for up to three days following the treatment so I knew what to expect… but now I feel great! Show more

Unbelievable. Well thats my scepticism gone. I honestly can't believe how good this actually is. After the consultation. Everything else was explained... clearly from how she could help with specific movements but also on how small parts of lifestyle stresses and strains can create a build up of pain or tension and understanding that means I could change or add to my lifestyle. I frequently now book for pressure release in my neck hips and back. Because of my work and my life stresses and strains. Jaime your knowledge of the body is incredible. Thank you 5stars Show more
