I cannot recommend India enough, the 1 bad review didn’t put me off as all her other reviews are amazing and I can completely agree with them! She is ...very professional and knows what she’s talking about. It was my first time having any aesthetics treatments and I was nervous, I don’t like needles. She made me feel very relaxed, gave me bottled water and talked through the treatment and aftercare advice. I have now booked my whole course of Lumi-Pro! She is very gentle and just a genuinely nice lady, highly recommend. Show more

Very disappointed with this experience as when I initially booked , the location was advertised in shortlands , only to discover on the day that it wa...s at another location 2 hours away. India apologised and said she worked in two location and we changed to a new appointment for 3 days later at the location in shortlands . I got a confirmation and a reminder the day before and on the morning of the appointment I messaged to confirm address but got no response .I went to the appointment using direction from Booksy and stood outside for 20 mins .. calling with no response . I was traveling the next day and was unable to book a new person. I traveled for 5 days and on returning found no messages of an explanation or apology or refund . I had to ask her a refund and only them did I get a response from yours truly with a say sorry . Absolutely not what I expected as she has very good reviews . My advice to you India is maybe try communicating with your customers even if you cannot make the appointment . This is just not acceptable . Show more

I have visited India a few times now, and all I can say is that I will keep on visiting. I have had my second lot of lip filler and I LOVE my new lips..., I’m even going out with no make up on, normally I would have lip liner on and gloss but now I’m not wearing any of that, and that’s thanks to India, I keep looking at my lips to the point that my husband keeps saying “not again” thank you India for making me feel comfortable in my own natural appearance, and thank you for making me feel relaxed when I visit.
