Katarzyna was absolutely brilliant, professional knowledgeable, and approachable. She greeted me as I came in, her studio was extremely clean, organi...sed and the artwork on the walls distracted me as the piercings were done. We had a consultation beforehand to discuss everything I was wanting, completed some paperwork, discussed some medical issues I had. She checked over one of my existing piercings (done when i was a child) as it had bled a week before. Thankfully there were no issues with that and gave me the all clear with that one. She then marked where I wanted the piercings done and had me check them before moving onto having me pick jewellery for each. I picked one of the prettier cresent moon clickers she had for the daith and stuck with simpler jewelry for the tragus and conch on her recommendation for easier cleaning. She then talked me through every step of the piercing process before and during while also checking in on how I was doing throughout which was very reassuring. She showed me each of them once she was done and I'm ecstatic with how they turned out. I opted to get the saline spray for aftercare and she gave me a little card with the aftercare instructions on it as well as a little sweet and some stickers which me little girl was very happy about when I came home. I'll be back in a month to get them checked over and the jewellery resized. With how well it went and how happy I am with how they turned out I'll definitely be back for more in the future. Show more
