3 out of four appointments i have arrived to be told that Tyra is not coming in. Everytime i walk in i get told to book every time i book, i dont get ...a haircut. I've also been there as a walk in client and seen others come for prebooked appointments sit for 30 mins to then be told oh actually shes not coming in I give up. Show more

Apologies for your experience, it’s not my goal to have any customer leave with any negative thoughts after their visit. Unfortunately I tend to share my work load with my staff when the shop is quiet. If possible, I’d love to redeem this experience with a free haircut if you'd be so kind to give us another chance. Good hair cut, but definitely no worth the time you waste. 4 times in a row i have booked and had been waiting at least 30 to 45 minutes for Tyra to t...urn up. I booked for this morning at 11.15, at 1200 I left with no hair cut done, as Tyra wasn't yet in the shop. Unfortunately I won't be back. Show more
