My best hairdresser experience ever! I started with a consultation. By the time my appointment came, Shelby knew exactly what I was trying to achieve.... And she did just that! My first appointment with her after a recommendation. I am 54 years old with terrible outgrown blonde dye, trying to go back to natural colour without a drastic change. Shelby has done a root smudge with highlights and lowlights. For the first time in … ever, I walked out of a salon with a smile on my face. She listens and takes on board everything! She is SO professional about her practice which really is an art. I will from now on trust her with my hair. Her knowledge and professionalism is second to none.
