We completely understand that children enjoy playing with inflatables and balls, and we’re sorry to hear they felt a little bored. As the pool is not lifeguarded, we have certain safety rules in place to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. That said, we do allow swimming aids such as pool noodles and welcome anything that supports safe, supervised fun in the water. We always aim to strike a balance between enjoyment and safety, and your comments will be taken on board as we continue to review how best to manage this.
