The pool area was very tired . Peeling plaster and green algae . Dirty mirrors . Dirty grout in pool side tiles . Dust everywhere needs a good deep cl...ean . Dusty plastic plants . It’s a shame as it could be lovely but when you go away and pay money you want somewhere as clean as your own home . The dirt gives you the ‘ick’ Also claustrophobic as windows have been glazed out for privacy but only overlook a sheep field which would be nice to look out over . The entrance hall was nice and clean though . Pool also not 30 degrees it was a few degrees colder . Show more

Always lovely and clean and warm. Good exercise for a retired couple! The dog stays in the car and then gets a walk afterwards!

The booking process was very easy and the communication that I received was excellent, very clear and all in good time before my appt. The facility i...s beautiful and really nice and it was wonderful to be the only ones in there. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the water could have been warmer. Other than that, it was great and we will definitely be booking again. Show more

This is a great facility that we have used on numerous occasions. The water is occasionally a little on the cool side but generally comfortable. My on...ly issue is that on a number of occasions we have entered the facility at our allocated time to find the previous party still there. This can be a little frustrating and embarrassing!
