We’re glad you chose to use the pool despite the current limitations, and we completely understand how the temporary closure of the second changing room made things a bit more difficult for a larger group. The good news is that a third changing room is due to be opened shortly – we’re just putting the final touches in place and it should be ready very soon. We also take on board your comments about the pool and seating area. An upgrade is on our maintenance plan, and we’re actively looking at ways to make the space more inviting and comfortable for everyone. Our pool is heated between the recommended 28-30c and monitored regularly so if the tempreture should ever drop below 28c we can contact swimmers to let them know. We're sorry to hear about the missing baby changing mat during your last visit, we understand how frustrating that must have been. We're currently looking into the baby changing mat situation to ensure it’s replaced or reinstalled promptly. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to welcome you back soon.
