As I said in my message, there was a family emergency and it was nothing to do with the weather. I was working the rest of the day before that, I would never normally cancel someone and especially so last minute, but there was no option other than. I would have happily fitted you in asap usually; however I was away from the next day so physically couldn’t. I said I was sorry and I understand the frustration as it was your birthday. But you also have to be understanding and sympathise. I think it’s very unfair on me for you to leave a 1 ☆ review over something that can’t be helped.
