I did reach out to you privately to discuss this in detail, as I always want to give clients the best service possible. For clarity, your message about issues came in at the 3-week mark, which is the recommended maximum wear time before an infill is due. By that stage, nails will naturally be grown out and the structural balance is off, making them more vulnerable to knocks, breaks or lifting. This isn’t a prep or service fault – it’s simply how nails work. Any problems within the first 2–3 days, I always take full responsibility for, but beyond 3 weeks it’s down to maintenance. I’m always more than happy to get clients back in for an infill and a fix when needed, but I can’t be held liable once nails are well past their recommended timeframe. I pride myself on long-lasting, healthy nails and the vast majority of my clients return every 3 weeks with no issues at all 🌸
