Can’t recommend Claires coaching enough. Soo welcoming which was very helpful for me as starting fresh at a new gym was very daunting. Clear in her de...monstrations & maintaining positive reinforcement to finish reps and lift to my full potential throughout; it helps an awful lot when the legs are like jelly during a tough session and you feel like giving up. Keeping safety as her main focus in each exercise adds that extra bit of trust knowing you’re in a safe space with safe knowledgeable people around :) Show more
