Firstly, I have to say I have used Revive 3 times now, and truthfully after the first time I knew I would be a monthly member. Really really clean w...hich is a must for me (personally) and it has everything you need to recover after a tough session. I suffer from a few injuries and this has helped me recover and recharge A LOT quicker than usual. It’s a nice size, a cosy wee spot to switch off for an hour or so and I highly recommend it to anyone. Show more

First class, so clean and tidy. Has everything you need after a long hard weeks work, my knees have been so sore this past month but putting on the co...mpression boots sitting in the sauna and the plunge pool has helped so much it’s been fantastic, it’s become a weekly thing for me and my partner. He used to go up the mountains to get in the water but it has become so dangerous and slippy with algae and water flow from the recent rain, he prefers alphas pool and then he also added it feels colder and more refreshing than the mountain water so there you go! Best gym around and now they have added Alpha revive to it! Absolutely brilliant! this is the second time I’ve used “Alpha Revive” an you too will fee...l great after it. 🙌 This is the first time I’ve used an infrared sauna an it is much more bearable than a traditional one.
