Katy is such a perfectionist, and because of this, i wouldn't go anywhere else. I adore my nails everytime. Sometimes i bring ideas, but a lot of the ...time, i bring my nails and let them be her canvas to do whatever she wants & I am always over the moon with them. I also get my eyebrows done, being very blonde & sparse Katy always makes them full without being super dark. Overall, Katy listens to what I ask for and talks through all the processes while she's working. Brilliant place to go!! Show more

Do not go anywhere near this girl. Got my nails done today and what an absolute joke the nails are not the same size and the nail polish is Dull and ...lumpy. When I contacted her in regards to my concerns and asked for a refund I was basically refused. It doesn’t show anywhere on her page that she does not offer a refund Especially when the customer isn’t happy, so I would avoid at all cost see to be honest I don’t even believe that the girl has any qualifications, but believe me I will be looking into this in a big way. She couldn’t get me out of the door quick enough and left me standing in the rain come on what professional would do that!!! And that’s not all I went for HD Brows Well again there was no mapping or anything like your meant to receive I’ve had this done before and it’s never been a problem. I got an Basic Eye package and not even a Patch Text Required surely thoughts against the LAW She must think I’m daft believe me she has tried to pull the wool over the wrong person this time so be Aware CHANGED £50 Fee when booked was £40 NOT £50 Avoid out all cost if I do not receive my refund to fix the mess that this one has made, there will be more action taken. I will be requesting to see her qualifications, because if she can’t be fight them, there will be serious consequences girls be aware of who you go to and avoid this one for sure Cheers Show more

It’s unsettling to see such baseless negative feedback, especially after the care and attention you received, evidenced by your happy departure post-payment.
