Me and my sister both got our medusas and snake bites pierced here. The Medusa was pierced at an angle and both of our snake bites were wonky. When we... went in for a downsize, Kate mentioned they weren't symmetrical, so we told her they were pierced there she tried to brush it off and say that the reason why they are wonky is because no one's face is symmetrical. When the trainee tried to change my Medusa, she dropped the jewellery on the floor multiple times and forgot to sterilise the jewellery, she was really rough and it took her about half an hour to get the jewellery in and by then my lip was bleeding, swollen and irritated, meaning it couldn't even be downsized. We didn't get any money back and now my lip has a big irritation lump on the inside right next to the jewellery. It was suggested that we go back to her shop for a check up, but I didn't feel comfortable going after the last time. Show more
