So much better than the first Visit when I had Zaria who rushed the builder gel through in 30 mins and left me with bleeding cuticles and splitting sk...in. I was nervous about getting the infills done. This time it was great, no skin damage and beautiful nails. Thanks to the two ladies today. Show more

Been few times since opening and everything is normally lovely however today they were very busy and rushing. Thick layer of varnish over cuticles to ...skin so have sort myself. Think they need more help as get more busier. Hoping just one off! Show more

Acrylic full set Classic lashes

These lashes costed me £55 from Mary Nails & Beauty. I requested a removal and refund because these are clearly not classic lashes nor are they done p...roperly, they were hanging off and clumped together with huge gaps. Mary then proceeded to tell me it was my eyes that were the issue and the lashes were perfectly fine therefore I would be charged for removal and given no refund. Zaria told me that it was against the law for them to refund me and that they will only refund if the client has a reaction to the glue used. I was told I clearly have never had lashes before (I have, many times) because this is what they are supposed to look like. After some back and forth I was told I could have them removed for free but that there would be no money refunded. I explained that I would be leaving this review should they refuse a refund to which they said I could have £27 back. I am still waiting for this money to be refunded. I will say, I have had a lovely set of acrylics done here and have had no issues there. Avoid lash extensions here, and expect to be met with arguing and blame placed upon yourself if the standard of your service is less than desired. Show more
