Sean had contacted his clients earlier that morning to apologise for not being able to make it in and to rearrange (unfortunately this did not get to you). I messaged you to follow up that you got the message as with Sean being unable to make it in the shop would be closed. We never said to 'turn the car around', it was an unfortunate circumstance that we could not cut your hair that day and unfortunately were only able to get through to you at late notice. You said you were able to get your haircut elsewhere, so not too much of an inconvenience. There really is no need for this petty review after our correspondence.

Sorry but it was a genuine mistake as we were closed on boxing day. Unfortunately Sean left a Gap of an hour open and you booked in. I believe he messaged you to explain. Really no need for a petty one star review.
