Your health is always a priority, and I completely understand how distressing it must be to experience a reaction like conjunctivitis. As I explained, allergic reactions can happen unexpectedly and are unfortunately outside of my control — even if you’ve had lashes before without any issues. I offered a free lash removal to support you, but you mentioned you’d prefer to go to your sister, who is also a lash artist, which I completely respect. Please understand that while I wasn’t able to offer a refund, my time, products, and service were all provided in good faith and with care. I do take hygiene and safety very seriously, and always strive to give my clients the best experience possible.
