Very unprofessional approach! I’ve booked an appointment through Booksy for 75£ for lip fillers which later I’ve found out was only for a content day ...but she didn’t took it off from Booksy. Through a mutual friend she said she’ll contact me but she didn’t so on Monday I’ve turned up for my appointment and she said it’s 160£ I’ve found out she tried to message me but she didn’t checked the number and tried to blame it on Booksy when I clearly got all the messages from them. After she messed it up twice and I left hours early from work she didn’t even offered a single penny off from the price which is clearly false advertising. Show more
