I met this lady for the first time and went straight in with Hollywood ... and I felt completely at ease. Prior to the appointment, she had messaged... me to ask if i had any questions and gave me extra directions. When I got there Sue was very warm and welcoming and explained what would happen and asked again if I had any questions. I had experience of this treatment previously so I explained that. Sue was very thorough and we had chuckles throughout the appointment which makes the experience far less embarrassing than it could have been. She sent me away with details of dos and don'ts aftercare following the appointment. The next day, eveything is perfect and cooled down and Sue even messaged to make sure all was well. Absolutely fantastic pre- and aftercare customer service. I'll definitely be back! Thank you Sue! Show more

First time visiting Liberate Intimate Waxing. Had a back wax and the service was absolutely fantastic. Was greeted with a really warm hello and taken ...into the treatment room where Sue explained what products was going to be used and how she would do the back wax. Throughout the treatment Sue was very engaging and we had a really good conversation which helped me feel at ease. After the back wax was finished, Sue gave me some cream to help sooth my back and explained what I should and shouldn’t do for the next 24/48 hours.
