Shree took perfect care of me from start to finish, with recommendation on what would work best for me when I was unsure, advice on what services I should try for future visits and ensuring I was happy with the service at every stage. She tested the temperature of the wax with me which is an extra step of professionalism and attention to detail that I have never experienced with other beauticians before. This was by far the most effortless bikini wax I've ever had. Somehow Shree made the waxing almost painless! Her level of professionalism was brillian...t and she was checking in to see what way I wanted it and if I was doing ok and had an amazing level of detail. Shree has a brilliant way of making you feel right at ease immediately and she's super friendly. I'll only ever be getting my waxing done with her from now on!
