James has a great knowledge of the different techniques you can use to get the best out of your session... and the benefits that come with them, Whether it be sitting there and pushing yourself for as long as you can, moving throughout the ice bath to break the thermal shield your body creates or getting out and getting back in after a few minutes to re-shock your body.
