Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to address your experience to ensure clarity and understanding. When you arrived, your natural lashes were quite thin and sparse, with only a few lash extensions left on one eye. We discussed this, and you agreed to proceed with a full set. I worked to fill every available lash, going beyond the scheduled time even with another client waiting, to provide thorough coverage. Despite these efforts, gaps can still appear due to natural lash sparseness and the regrowth cycle, which I explained during your visit. I understand that with your upcoming event, your expectations were high. I mentioned that brushing your lashes would create a fuller look, and I noticed in your photo that they were brushed to one side, which can impact their appearance. Regarding your concern that I dismissed your feedback, I assured you multiple times that I had covered every lash and did not intend to come across as rude. I was tidying up behind you, not turning my back on you dismissively. As you have been a client since May and previously expressed satisfaction, it was surprising to read your feedback online instead of hearing from you directly. I encourage clients to reach out with any issues so I can address them promptly. Your satisfaction is important to me, and I hope we can find a way to make this right.
