I had a hydrofacial with Pauline recently and it was a lovely experience. Pauline is so nice. She explained everything before and during my facial and... made me feel very comfortable. Think I nodded off at one point. I would definitely recommend this service. I booked my daughter in to have gel nails done whilst I had my facial. My daughter was very happy with her french manicure, and had a lovely time with Ann. Unfortunately the gel nails lasted just 2 days before they started to fall off. My daughter has had gel nails in the past and never had this problem. Sadly, Ann is taking no responsibility for the problem and blamed my daughter’s nails and age. Definitely feel ripped off after paying £40 for nails that lasted 2 days. Would not recommend this service. In response to Ann’s reply, I asked you for gel nails on my daughter. You decided to give her BIAB without my consent and then tried to tell me it was the same as gel, and that I didn’t know anything. THAT IS NOT TRUE!!! I’ve honestly never dealt with someone so unprofessional. You went from taking no responsibility to offering a 50% refund but still not taking any responsibility. Your service and attitude stink. I will not change this review despite your requests. I have given a truthful review. Show more

However, I would like to address the issue of nail styling. I told your daughter that I was concerned about the durability of the application. At that age, an 11-year-old's nail plate is still developing, which directly impacts the durability of the styling. Therefore, I advised her that I cannot be held responsible for the final result. I always strive to provide the highest level of service and safety, but it is equally important to adapt treatments to the client's age.
