Loved our visit. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the exclusive use of the sauna and cold plunge and the red light therapy. Feel really relaxed a...nd chilled on completion. Felt very welcomed on arrival was shown the areas of use with guidance and again met on departure with a friendly manner. Highly recommend and will be returning.
