Excellent!! Have tried the ice bath and Josh was there talking me through every step which was fantastic. Ive also attended for my monthly cryotherapy... sessions (I have fibromyalgia and this keeps the pain down and enables me to live a "normal" life so I highly recommend for any chronic pain). Would defiantly come back if the prices were as today which were on offer , as I thought they would be priced about right , the only constructive thin...g I would say is if the heating could be on in the rooms , had both the plunge pool and sauna along with the infra red beds and it was quite cool in there. We will be back and keep an eye out for the offers. Maybe provide some robes or towels too as we couldn’t see them offered and just as well we brought some. Many thanks see you again soon ! Show more
