My appointment was cancelled the morning of because she ran out of lash tape, she then refused to refund my deposit because the cancellation was “out ...of her control” even though she was the one who cancelled because of her lack of supplies. She was very rude and unprofessional, but did eventually refunded me the full amount. Show more
