Good afternoon, i will clarify the situation as you have lied and intentionally missed out a lot of details of our conversation. Cyanoacrylate is an ingredient which almost all lash glues contain. This is the ingredient which causes allergic reactions. The only way for a lash glue to be 'sensitive' is if it has a lower percentage of Cyanoacrylate which my glue does. However, because it still contains Cyanoacrylate, there is always a risk of having an allergic reaction if you have 'hyper sensitive' eyes which is what I told you. When you contacted me a couple of days after your appointment to let me know of your reaction, i gave you appropriate aftercare for an allergic reaction. I did not tell you to simply 'wash your eyes’. After my advice you asked if I could remove them. I was happy to do so and I informed you that over the weekend I was out of London and wouldn't be able to remove them until Monday, alternatively you could have them removed by another lash technician as you had stated that you sought medial attention and they said you should remove them as soon as possible. You then developed an attitude and began to be rude and said you were entitled to a refund which i said unfortunately you are not as your allergy is due to your sensitivity and not my products / hygiene or application (you disclosed you have a history of reactions to lash extensions before you booked). Communication ended when you became disrespectful.
