Unfortunately you are blocked from booking with me because you became extremely hostile and you showed up to my house trying to harass me until I threatened to call the police. You asked me to squeeze you in and I told you I will with the exception that you are not late as I'm quite busy. Unfortunately you did not adhere and you were 30 minutes late. When I informed you that I had to cancel your appointment, you began sending me dozens of messages and after I repeated told you your appointment was cancelled and that I’ll refund you as soon as you send your details you insisted on coming and refused to leave, refused to stop ringing my buzzer and refused to move from my front door until I threatened to call the police. Your lashes were very sparse to begin with which I told you so if the lash retention was so bad and I am so "unkind and unprofessional" why insist and beg that I squeeze you in. Please work on yourself and get professional help. Harassing me to the point I had to threaten to call the police because you were late to your appointment when I asked you not to be is very worrying.
