I also took two brief phone calls, both of which I apologised for and asked permission beforehand — again, you said it was okay. Hygiene was never compromised. All tools were fully sterilised, and my salon is a clean, professional space that I’ve poured my heart into. I also explained during your appointment that I couldn’t apply a thicker set without risking further damage to your already compromised natural lashes.
