As always an absolute 5* service. With 2 year old twins, haircuts are something that I absolutely dread. Add to the mix one of them is absolutely pet...rified of having anything touch his head. Tom is always so kind, calm and understanding to his needs. Tom has never ever once made us feel unwelcome and he always makes me feel at ease as a Mum in a very challenging situation.
