Fantastic facilities. Space all to yourself, no pressure to finish sets/waiting around. Well equipped for normal gym usage plus a few extra bits if y...ou're into HYROX more than crossfit. There is a maximum weight of 117.5kg + barbell available so may not be suitable for those who need to go heavier. Only bits I'd add are clear instructions on how to find the place, especially when it's dark, and signage of where the loos are in the building. Show more

I have a small gym in my garage, but just couldn't get motivated to use it and the thought of going to a large commercial gym didn't appeal as they ca...n be quite intimidating. D1 Fitness is a 2 min walk from where i work so I was hoping it would kick start me into doing some exercise. There are no staff and you enter via an access code on the door. The gym itself is quite small, but it looks brand new and very clean and tidy and there is enough equipment to fill your hour and once done, you clean it down, put the weights back as you found them and exit the place, turning the lights off as you leave. Its a really great concept and for me its perfect. I will 100% be booking in again soon. Show more
