AVOID!! I visited here a few times for my nails and once for my hair. Nails- initially going well. Appointments do take longer than average and skill... set for nail art is lacking. After a few appointments I found my nails lifted and this finally resulted in my nails going green in places due to water getting in. I now have brittle nails and can’t have Biab again anytime soon. Edit /update- Avoid!! If you want decent customer service this place is NOT for you! Following on from my original review(please see above). My builder gel nails lifted and caused a bacterial infection (my nails went green)! This is with under 3 weeks between appointments. Since then my nails have been brittle and snapped. Causing pain and bleeding. I’ve contacted the nail tech (Grace) for a resolution and refund. Then I began to receive texts from the owner (Ella) which I pointed out was not very professional! They rely heavily on their 0% refund policy (even if they are at fault). They have tried to tell me it was basically my fault the nails lifted and that I’m prone to this! Saying that I said this in an appointment! My advice would be to avoid like the plague because you will not get support with any issues and they claim lies. I currently can’t have builder gel fitted and my nails are damaged. Worse than that I’m out of pocket. AVOID! Hair - friendly and went well initially. Got home, inspected some more and discovered the ‘money piece’ on my balayage didn’t go to my roots as I’m used to. I messaged to get this sorted and was told this is what I asked for but that she would fit me in. She then went off work and never replied to me on her return. Show more

Yesterday was my first visit to see Ella and what an excellent experience. I was made to feel very at ease from the moment I stepped through the door.... Very professional but above all from someone who is very fussy I came away feeling completely happy.
