Had a ‘quiet appointment’ with Nigel today after a good chat on Facebook about my daughter wanting a transformation with her hair. Nigel was so unders...tanding and patient with us and checked in constantly. Her hair looks absolutely amazing and I honestly couldn’t be happier.
