Came in to R13 today after running the Manchester Marathon and preparing my legs to go again for the London marathon in little under a week. I explain...ed the situation to Matt who advised my recovery needs, talked me through each of the things we would do during the session and was quick to answer any questions I had about the session and recovery needs. The difference in my legs already is amazing and based on today alone I will be going back. Just got back from my R13 session with Dale. I feel like all my aches and pains are gone. Couldn't recommend enough, definitely mind over matter in t...he ice bath.
