It’s just been over a year since I moved here. So needed to find a new hairdressers & a nail bar. It’s not easy finding a place that is professional, ...friendly and welcoming. Queen nails are amazing and are my go to! Always super friendly and accommodating. Had an appointment yesterday where a woman came in as a walk in to ...get her nails done, because she had to wait as others had booked she was complaining and rude. The staff dealt with it so professionally and I think people shouldn’t be so hard on them. Well done guys. Show more

Won’t back again, despite appointment at 3pm for 40mn, attended 40min late for 20mn..no apologies very rude and bad experience as other person arrived... after me was attended before me for same treatment .. won’t be back. Not recommended And by Cash.. only.. HMRC should have a look to this business. Show more

I visited Queensnails for the first time on Wednesday. I was welcomed by the friendly staff & shown an extensive range of colours to choose from. The ...girl doing my nails took the time to discuss exactly what i wanted,she got me a drink,checked with me i was happy with the shape of my nails & made the experience a very relaxing one! Just over an hour later i had the most beautiful,fresh set of nails. I am absolute delighted with them & will definitely be returning! Show more
