As someone who finds being in a salon setting very challenging, Jennie took this on board and made me feel at ease straight away. She listened fully ...and proceeded to cut my hair just as I had imagined. I left the salon feeling relieved that my first salon experience in many years wasn't as horrific as i had imagined, and to top it off, my hair looked amazing!
