She did a great job of releasing all the knots in my calves and hamstrings, as well as loosening up my back and shoulders, which made a noticeable improvement to my flexibility and sports performance the next day. This was my first treatment. I went for a back, neck, and shoulder massage to release the tension in my neck and head. Ella was fantastic with the tr...eatment and in making me feel comfortable. I left feeling much more relaxed and happy with the service. I would recommend it. Show more

I have had foot problems since 2008, not helped by the NHS missing referrals from my GP, so that by the time they offered me physiotherapy my Achilles... tendinitis had moved from the lft foot to the right! I have now recovered from Tenditis in both feet but, since 2022 developed plantar fasciitis in my left heel. Again the NHS took a year to give me an Xray, ultrasound and MRI which confirmed the problem. Also I had private shockwave therapy but the sessions were only 15 minutes long with little guidance offered. So it was a pleasant surprise to have my first session with Tom which lasted over 45 minutes. He intuitively gave me an intense but incredibly beneficial massage in the problem area and after some shockwave therapy gave guidance on my "Dr Foot" insoles. Many thanks Tom. Jonny Show more
