I really enjoyed my afternoon session with Kieran, 1st Class facilities, atmosphere & music, I’m a very keen runner🏃‍♂️ & Kieran has excellent race ...prep & recovery knowledge. He made me feel very relaxed with all the equipment, which was new to me (🥶 ice bath & recovery boots etc.) I’m looking forward to my next visit.
