Sophie has done my make up twice now! Both occasions I’ve had lovely comments on my makeup, and it stayed on all night! Eyebrows were worst I ever had. Neither tinted or shaped well. I was mortified leaving the salon. Despite your reply - no one has ever had any issue ...in tinting or waxing my brows. They looked more like you didn’t have a clue! You didn’t as much as show me a mirror to check them - and I was there for another service for almost 30minutes before I left. You were nowhere to be seen when I was leaving. It’s a shame because my file and paint toes are great and I would have gone back - but your instance that it was my brows that were the issue - not your skills (or lack off) should ward off any risk of a return visit! 🥴 Show more

I am so sorry that the tint didn't take to your hair or skin. Your eyebrows were very difficult to wax or shape. If you have a look down my reviews you will see I do have a clue, this is the first review in relation to my work. If you had of said at the time of course I would have offered you a refund if you disliked them that much but you did not. There is a mirror beside brow area hun , I do take it you didn't like your brows but I have a lot of people that do love there brows with me. Unfortunately I cannot please everyone apologies again! 🙏
