Always book an appointment but they are always busy and every chair is full. Have waited on two separate occasions even though I’d booked an appointme...nt with a time slot. You cannot offer walk ins and appointments as it doesn’t work and isn’t fair to keep people waiting who have pre booked. I won’t be going back. Show more
