I turned up early and they started my treatment straight away. I had to take my twin girls with me and they were accommodating and patient with me! Wh...en I said my nails were getting weak they double base coated which has helped massively! Thank you so much! See you again soon! Show more

overall not a great experience - quite a negative atmosphere and we were in there for over three hours! Their booking system seems completely pointles...s as they claimed to have not written down any of our appointments, despite the confirmation of booking emails we could show, and it’s clear there’s a lack of system overall as we watched many people leave due to the waiting time. Not only this, but one of my friends had been called to a chair by a member of staff who then simply left for fifteen minutes on their break, which is understandable however she was given no explanation and after a three hour wait we’d expected slightly better. The nails are decent although nothing remarkable as only asked for a simple french tip, one of my companions asked for a small bow design however then asked to have it wiped off as it was hardly decent. It’s safe to say i will not be returning. Show more
