Had my lash infil and as per every visit over 8 months as I am a regular client. What can I say once again em took time to ensure that every lash was... in place to perfection and how I love my lashes done. Excellent client experience if you want to take a nap or have a chat with you whilst working her magic. What makes my experience extra special is that I have mental health issues and have visited when in crisis. Even though I do not expect her to reply she goes above and beyond and will help me by listened to me, helped talk me through my crisis and this means even more to me. Love my brow and lashes! I wasnt sure on what style and Emz took her time, looking at different photos to help me decide. I was very happy for the fi...nal result. Emz gave my brows a wax and tint, a lovely natural finish. I was shocked at how fast she finished my laahes. You've a new customer for life :) P.s. there is parking!! So many businesses in colchester dont have free parking - this was a bonus for me =) Show more

This was my first visit. Emily had to cancel my appointment a couple of times which nearly put me off re-booking but she did contact me to explain and... apologise and offered a discount for the inconvenience which I appreciated. I am really glad that I did re-book as I’m so happy with my lashes. I normally hate my lashes being done and have never been happy with them previously because always feel like the lash tech goes over the top, too thick and long.. I explained this to Emily and she listened and did exactly what I wanted. My lashes look so natural and light, I’m really pleased with them. Thank you!! Show more
