Hi Chloe, Our clinic closed on the 1st of January and reopens in a new location on the 20th January while the renovations are underway . The appointment has been made while the system has been in the process of being updated, all we can do is apologise for the inconvenience due to the error on the system allowing the booking to take place. We have tried to keep all our clients up to date on the renovations via social media the best we can, we are so very sorry for your confusion with the booking.
