When i have had facials in the past, you are left for a time with a mask on but Sarah filled this time with an arm and hand massage which was amazing. The products feel and smell lovely. I booked the Menopause massage treatment with Sarah. She is very experienced and made me feel at ease. Sarah was very knowledgeable and answered all m...y questions and concerns I had about symptoms I have been suffering from. I suffer from shoulder and lower back pain, and she certainly helped with easing the pain and discomfort that I have been experiencing. The room was such a calming and tranquil environment where I felt truly relaxed with warm oils that smelt great. After the treatment I felt extremely tired but relaxed and slept really well (the best night sleep I've had in ages).
