I had foils done on my whole head, my roots are still visible. After washing my hair it turned a strange color. The hair was not well nourished after ...coloring, like with my other previous hairdressers. No spray was used to detangle the hair to make it easier. As you can see, the price is low and the service is poor. Show more

Good morning, I’m sorry to hear you are not happy with your hair. When you arrived at the salon your hair was very overprocessed with various broken pieces particularly around the hairline which were not suitable for further bleaching as it would cause further breakage. There were also several bleach spots throughout your hair from previous bleaching which I did my best to blend with very fine highlights. I used a deep repair mask when rinsing your foils and I also toned your hair with a light ash blonde as per your inspiration photo and at the end of your appointment you said you were happy with the colour. You wanted very minimal hair cutting off unfortunately which is what it does need and no amount of product will change that. When blow drying your hair I used osmo Berber oil to nourish your hair. You have also failed to reach out to me directly about the issues you have raised in this review.
