Full Body Stretch

Had a really good stretch out and felt a bit more limber soon afterwards. I am very inflexible and struggle to do much mobility work but this was muc...h needed and did the trick. Was made to feel welcome and comfortable from the beginning and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this to anybody who trains on a regular basis. Show more
