Hello Sian, my son aged 3 started school this week, which unfortunately effected all changes to each and every client, even a change of location due to costs. This has also effected me and my family dramatically, as my hours have been adjusted. His hours are 9-12. This results in myself and partner who are both self employed changing and working around eachother. So unfortunately your appt got changed, and you confirmed which no problems your end. Secondly, if your click rotation, money peice and colour, you’re getting a rotation , money peice and colour . If you click rotation , money peice, a colour and a blowdry, then that’s what you’re getting. Myself and EmilyMaybe went out of our way to made sure you left looking the best version of you. Even if it did mean running behind for my next client :) check what’s booked next time before you confirm. Thirdly, due to ny son going to school, ny hours had changed . 9-9 on a Thursday , which I the Didn't get out until later, my son woke up a few times and I was back up at 6am , ready to attend the appt that you confirmed was a good time for you. Fourthly, unfortunately the water was cold, that is why a stopped washing your hair so I could allow the water to warm up. this would be another reason why I’m having to move salon location. I really do hope you understand, which I highly doubt you you du because there is a GREAT reason for everything.
