I really value especially the openness and bravery it takes for you and men to step into looking after your personal health, be it with nutrition and interest in advise on that or even more directly by cleansing and colonic treatments. It is such an important and relatively straight forward way to tackle health and well-being but a hard step for guys to take, so mega well done for that courage and healthy outlook!
