Hi Matthew,Thank you for your feedback, and I’m genuinely sorry your visit didn’t feel seamless especially for a VIP booking.There was clearly a lack of clear communication around your service and how it was carried out, and that’s on us. A VIP experience should feel smooth and considered from start to finish, and I’m disappointed we didn’t deliver that for you.I’m also concerned to hear about the waxing and finishing of the service, as well as the issue with the tip - these are not the standards we hold ourselves to and I will be addressing this with the team directly.I’d really like the opportunity to put this right.
