I had a sports massage yesterday, and it was exactly what I needed. Tom knew exactly how to target my problem areas, and I noticed a big difference af...ter the session. The pressure was firm but just right, and he really paid attention to where I needed it most. I left feeling lighter, more flexible, and with way less tension in my muscles. If you’re dealing with soreness or tightness, or just need a proper deep massage, I’d definitely recommend it. It helped me out a lot. Show more

This was easy to book using the app, seeing what availability Tom had and how it would fit in with my own schedule. I went for the 30mins massage as i... needed attention to particular back muscles. And whilst there, Tom managed to relieve a lot of tension that had built up over time. The muscles ached initially, which was to be expected, but now they feel a lot looser and has helped greatly with the mobility and it feels less stiff in my neck and back. Tom was welcoming and chatty throughout the appointment. Everywhere looked clean and professional. Show more
